Neurodiversity at Work

Who Can Benefit from The Healthy Working Life Neurodiversity Services?

Anyone who wishes to better understand what neurodiversity means in a real-life work context and who is seeking to achieve equity for neurodivergent or neuro-atypical individuals in a predominantly neurotypical world, including:

  • Individuals

Anyone who identifies as neurodivergent, or who identifies as thinking differently from many people around them, irrespective of whether they have been formally diagnosed with a specific ‘condition’, such as ADHD or being autistic (Autism Spectrum Disorder or ASD).
In addition, anyone who has responsibility for better supporting neurodiversity in their organisation, or who is interested in enhancing their awareness and understanding of this increasingly important topic, can benefit from the training and resources provided.

  • Managers

Anyone with team or line management responsibilities who is seeking to better integrate neurodivergent team members into the overall team, maximising the opportunities and mitigating risk.

  • Colleagues

Team members, seeking to better understand how to work more effectively with “neurologically different” colleagues.

  • Organisations

Organisations seeking to better support and enable their neurodivergent staff (and potentially clients) and achieve a level of maturity in the neurodiversity space that delivers far greater value than just satisfying legal obligations.
